Russian DJ/producer Arty has packed a lot into the past few years, establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with in the global progressive/trance scene. Just lately he's collaborated with Paul van Dyk on a couple of tracks on the German trancemeister's 'Evolution' album, released tracks such as 'Must Be the Love' (with BT, and featuring Nadia Ali) and 'Together We Are' on Above & Beyond's label Anjunabeats, and has been touring all over the world.

Arty has also started a monthly podcast, also entitled 'Together We Are', that you can access from his Facebook page, and when he rocked up in London recently our friends at The Gallery night at Ministry Of Sound asked us if we'd like to help wish Arty a happy 23^rd birthday. Of course, we were only too happy to oblige.

Receiving a cake from a gaggle of beauties, Arty went on to rock the party — as he did at the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs party in Amsterdam a little while after.
