Q: Where can I download the DJ Mag App?
A: The app is available from The App Store

 

Q: Is there a version for Android?
A: The app is currently only available for the iPad. We will be adding an Android version shortly. Please send us an email to register your interest and we will let you know when it is released.

 

Q: Is there a version for Kindle Fire?
A: The app is currently only available for the iPad. We will be adding an Kindle version shortly. Please 
send us an email to register your interest and we will let you know when it is released.

 

Q: I had a subscription to the old DJ Mag app. How can I transfer this to the new version?
A: Please email appsupport@djmag.com and we will migrate your subscription to the new app

 

Q: Can I get the app on iPhone?
A: No, the interactive nature of the new app means that it is for iPad only. iPhone users should download the DJ Mag Feed App instead.

 

Q: I have a free subscription. How can I access the magazines?
A: Click the ‘My Account’ button in the footer bar and enter your login credentials.

 

Q: I have an existing subscription. Where are my magazines?
A: If you subscribed within this app (not the old DJ Mag app), click the ‘Restore Purchases’ button and login to iTunes to retrieve your previous purchases.

 

Q: Can I get a free trial?
A: Yes - select the subscription button and you will get two months free of charge.

 

Q: Will my subscription automatically renew?
A: Yes, your subscription is recurring unless you cancel. If you do not want a recurring subscription, you can buy single editions instead. These will not renew.

 

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You need to do this through the App Store. Go to the App Store, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on your account name at the bottom of the page, click view account, enter your password, scroll down the the Subscriptions section and tap of Manage App Subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription here.

 

Q: I have purchased a single issue or subscription but the magazine wont download.
A: Please make sure you have plenty of free disk space on your iPad. You will need at least 1.5GB available to comfortably download a new issue. You can manage your device storage by going to your iPad Settings - General - Usage.
