Helena Hauff drops two new tracks from forthcoming album,'Qualm': LISTEN
More goodness from the Hamburg player...
Helena Hauff has dropped two new tracks from her forthcoming album, 'Qualm', which arrives next Friday, 3rd August, via Ninja Tune.
The Hamburg-based electro and techno DJ and producer has shared 'Hyper-Intelligent Genetically Enriched Cyborg' and 'It Was All Fields Around Here When I Was A Kid'. These follow tasters of 'Qualm' and 'Qualms', which we got our hands on in June, both of which also feature on the new record— her first full-length outing in almost three years.
In addition to the tunes, last Wednesday a short video featuring Hauff appeared online, also entitled 'Qualm', which is backed by a soundtrack from someone known only as HH253. No prizes for guessing who that could be, 150 hand-numbered white label vinyls credited to the same name were sent to selected record stores on the same day. Take a listen to, and a look at, the work below, and you can catch the artist in question at Berlin Atonal late-August, and The Warehouse Project in Manchester come December, amongst other dates.
