Full Out of Hand Line Ups
As the weekend of Notting Hill Carnival nears (August 24th-26th), the Out of Hand crew have announced their sideline party line ups.
Taking place at Westbank Gallery - currently hosting Banksy and Dizzi, and with a perfect view of the carnival procession - the events feature Sasha, Betoko, Climbers and Omid 16B.
