Clapham festival line-up reaches epic proportions

Words: Bianca Mitchell

The latest in a new wave of artists to play the South London weekender have just been announced. As if the current bunch weren’t impressive enough, new confirmed artists include Pete Tong, Laidback Luke and Layo & Bushwacka. But wait! There’s more…

Coming off the back of another crazy summer residency at Pacha Ibiza, South West Four welcomes Erick Morillo for an exclusive London festival performance.

The mouth-watering Saturday line-up continues with King of Bedrock John Digweed in his Bedrock Arena, class acts Paul Oakenfold and Judge Jules who revisit to play The Gallery Arena.

Newly announced for Sunday are top Radio 1 DJs Kissy Sell Out and world famous host of new music Zane Lowe, who has chosen SW4 for his only London festival appearance this summer.

Day two of South West Four continues with a name that's become synonymous with the festival - Carl Cox. He returns to Clapham Common to host his Carl Cox & Friends Arena with techno lords Dubfire and Adam Beyer, London institution Layo & Bushwacka and German duo M.A.N.D.Y.

Top those names off with global superstar Fatboy Slim surrounded by a whole host of other outstanding names on his Southern Fried main stage and you have yourself quite the party eh? True, but that’s not even half of what’s in store for you this August Bank Holiday weekend.

For the full, outrageously colossal line-up visit the SW4 website and get your tongue wagging.

Utterly packed-out with dance’s biggest names, you’re going to wish you could be in ten places at once at this years event. Having sold out weeks prior to last year’s event, the demand for SW4 is even greater this year with the festival stretching across two days.

The entire Early Bird day ticket allocations have already sold out with the weekend tickets soon to follow. Standard Day Tickets are now on sale priced £40 + booking fee with weekend tickets currently priced £75 + booking fee, all available from http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/
