Tell us in one sentence who you are and where you are from?

“I'm the Big Optimist from the Far West of Russia.”

Where did your love of music first come from?

"I learned it at at one's mother's knee because she is an inveterate melomaniac."

How long have you been DJing?

"I would say since I was born."

Do you produce music also?

"Not yet."

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?

"Taking part in SoundClash competition in 2014."

Tell us about the success as a DJ you’ve had in your own country.

"I would prefer not to speak about results, which are not worldwide yet."

How did it feel to win your local Miller SoundClash competition?

"I was surprised, slightly confused and full of joy!"

How much does it mean to you to have made it to this stage of Miller SoundClash?

"It gave me confidence about my choice of way in music."

How do you plan to stand out over the other DJs in Las Vegas? How will you be preparing for the finale?

"I will choose 100%-hits for my play list and will ask my friends to listen to eat and say what do they like more to choose the best of it."

What makes you unique compared to the other international finalists?

"Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with their music."

Las Vegas is the EDM capital of the USA, with major DJs playing every weekend. If you could meet and hang out with one of these DJs in Vegas, who would it be and why?

"Bob Sinclar and David Guetta."

Who from dance music’s elite do you most respect and take inspiration from?

"Also Bob Sinclar and David Guetta. And Daft Punk."

How important is it for competitions like Miller SoundClash to give aspiring DJs the chance to show their talent to the world?

"It’s very important! Because it helps to put off doubts."

Tell us a bit about your home country - How is the electronic music scene there right now?

"Russia! There are enough of clubs to choose what will bring you the greatest pleasure from music, illumination and society party."
