Tel-Aviv's Red Axes gift Jennifer Cardini's ace Correspondant label with this four-track EP inclusive of two sizzling remixes from Rebolledo and Marc Houle - both being perfect remixer choices for the jagged new wave of the title tune. Reminding me a little of some of the recent It's A Fine Line releases, Red Axes make a brilliantly oddball breed of disco-not-disco; this being ideal source material for Rebolledo to work in some of his mutant disco-rock with brilliant results. Marc Houle also summons up a winner with his tough, double-jointed, primitive techno fix.
