The last few Fake Blood releases took the quirkiness and the dirtyness to extremes with a 'love it or loathe it' result (I'm firmly in the 'love' camp). This new EP is a taster of what we can expect from forthcoming album 'Cells' and lead track 'Yes/No' is neither this nor that, with a soundtrack-esque piano riff having a distinctly underdeveloped quality. The other two tracks meander about, lacking any real direction. I'm disappointed.
