I can't get enough of Sonnyjim's stuff. Luckily enough, he's perhaps the UK's hardest-working MC, managing a truly prodigous output, even though judging by this video, he's not averse to starting the day with a wake'n'bake that'd have most of us gurgling. Excellent weird-assed shuffling beat, sleazy vituperative wah-wah, Rhodes & horns framing his usual mix of mad abstraction and concrete specifics. Get this whilst you can, cos there'll be another one along next month and full respect to Sonnyjim - epically busy but consistently epic with it.
