Ovum Recordings boss Josh Wink will make his solo debut on Radio Slave’s Rekids label this week. 

Serving up two high-energy cuts of funk-laced, Detroit-indebted techno, the ‘Higher State of Consciousness’ producer kicks of 2022 with a bang. Below, you can hear the aptly titled ‘May Minimal’, which finds Wink channelling his inner Robert Hood to surf on top of a snapping rhythm, with a twisting and turning melodic motif introduced for added intensity.
