Alison Wonderland will donate all proceeds from merchandise sales in January to Australian Bushfire Relief.
The Sydney-raised artist, highest climber in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs 2019 poll, will donate all revenue generated by sales from her online store to help fund her homeland's battle against blazes that have been raging since mid-December. Rural fire services in New South Wales and Victoria have been earmarked as recipients.
Record breaking summer temperatures and months of drought are thought to have led to the deadly situation. At the time of writing, at least 24 people have lost their lives — including three volunteer firefighters — with half a billion animals perishing across more than 6.3million hectares of affected land.
