Ultra Miami is to extend its sustainability initiative for next year's festival.
Dedicated to decreasing the environmental impact of the festival, the ‘Mission: Home’ initiative will include a significant decrease in single-use plastics, an enhanced recycling program and a "leave no trace" policy.
In a statement, Ultra's senior manager of sustainability Vivian Belzaguy said, "We are happy to announce that our ‘Mission: Home’ sustainability initiatives including our Leave No Trace policy, single-use plastic reduction efforts, and recycling program will continue in 2020 and beyond."
Next year's festival will run from the 20th to the 22nd March 2020.
After months of uncertainty, it was recently revealed that the festival will return to Bayfront Park in 2020.
