A jet-lagged Nik Void — guitarist, singer, and now chief synth modulator — is trying to explain over Skype the minimalism at the core of Factory Floor’s new album. It’s only their second; despite having been around in various incarnations for over seven years, the band have never been the most prolific when it comes to traditional releases.
INTERPOL TO RELEASE ‘EL PINTOR REMIXES’ ON RECORD STORE DAY
Interpol will release ‘El Pintor Remixes’ as a Record Store Day exclusive on 16th April via Soft Limit.
The ‘El Pintor Remixes’ will include an exclusive rework by Tim Hecker, as well as remixes by Panda Bear, Beyond The Wizards Sleeve, Ghost Culture, Man Without Country & Factory Floor.
Released on clear vinyl, it will also include a digital download code, and it's out on16th April — see the full tracklist below.
