Maceo Plex has announced his forthcoming artist album.
Marking the first LP from the Ellum Audio boss — real name Eric Estornel — since 2017's 'Solar', the new album will be released some time in the coming months, with a preview landing in the form of new single 'Revision'.
Featuring soaring vocals from Giovanni, the track is a typically emotive production from Estornel, bringing together cinematic soundscapes and melancholic techno in perfect harmony.

Last year, iconic UK dance act Faithless' released their first album in 10 years, with the likes of Ellum Audio boss Maceo Plex and ALOK stepping up for official remixes.
Now, Maceo Plex has remixed Faithless' stone-cold classic 'Insomnia', which has been doing the rounds unofficially on social media and in track indentification groups since ADE in 2019.

After the announcement of their first new album in 10 years, Faithless shared a new track, 'Synthesizer', which followed on from the previously released 'This Feeling'.

Among the hundreds of acts performing at the 16th edition of the event, 3 Are Legend will return as headliners, alongside EDM mainstays Afrojack, David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Marshmello, Nervo, and Timmy Trumpet.
In terms of techno offerings, Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Adriatique, Carl Cox, Enrico Sangiuliano, Maceo Plex, and Marcel Dettmann will all perform at the festival.
Maceo Plex will debut his new M³ live show - which is described as a "three-part multidimensional sensory experience" - in Los Angeles this March.
Combining his aliases Maceo Plex, Maetrik (Live) and Mariel Ito, the new project debuts at El Pueblo de Los Angeles on Saturday 14th March.
The M³ live show will "take the audience on an evolving journey of shapes, structures, visuals and new music," according to a press release.
Maceo Plex will release his first EP on Drumcode in five years.
Titled 'Destination Mars', the lead track features a guest vocal turn from none other than Josh Wink, while the EP is backed up by remixes from Raxon and Shall Ocin.
'Destination Mars' was produced earlier this year and received its premiere courtesy of Maceo Plex at Mannheim's Time Warp event back in April. It marks the producer's full return to Adam Beyer's label after 2014's 'Conjure Infinity' EP.
