The soundtrack for the upcoming new Matrix film features remixes by a host of DJs and producers.

Set for release on 17th December, the OST for 'The Matrix Resurrections' - which hits cinemas on 22nd December - includes edits by the likes of Marcel Dettmann, Gudrun Gut and Kompakt's Thomas Fehlmann. The remixes accompany the film's original score, which was composed by Australian electronic music Johnny Klimek, and composer and director Tom Tykwer.

As part of its 30th birthday celebrations, Death Row Records has reissued the soundtrack for Above The Rim on cassette.

Twitch has introduced Soundtrack, a new service that lets users integrate pre-cleared music into their streams. Daft Punk’s Tron: Legacy soundtrack is getting a deluxe vinyl reissue.

Announced yesterday, French duo Daft Punk's iconic soundtrack from 2010's TRON: Legacy has received a deluxe vinyl reissue, with custom artwork by British illustrator Matt Taylor.

Legowelt is set to perform a live synth soundtrack to Stanley Kubrick's 1968 sci-fi classic 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Spanning hip hop, funk, jazz and R&B, the soundtrack to John Singleton's 1991 coming-of-age classic will be released on 2LP via Qest on 27th September. The soundtrack features tracks from the likes of Ice Cube, Quincy Jones, Main Source and CMW.

When it was originally released back in 1991, the soundtrack reached number 12 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S.

The soundtrack to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is to be released on vinyl for the first time.

The OST to Terry Gilliam's 1998 road film, which is based on the Hunter S. Thompson novel of the same name, will be released on wax for a 21st-anniversary edition on 23rd August.
